    You might get gingivitis if youre chewing a rug and thats a minimal chance.


    Now conjunctivitus is possible but if you want to be picky you can get that off a duvet in bed. Unless you assume every human is clean ?




    Toxoplasmosis is the common disease with animal faeces but not on a rug , especially if wormed properly and toilet trained.
    More common in cats as well.


    Obviously if youre letting your dog 5 h 1t on the garden and then letting kids play on it then its your fault.
