I haven't mate, but as I'm watching Point Break for the umpteenth time, I may just see if I can find it. Nice one.

Its something i use in the groups i hold for people with mental health issues. It applies to all of us, in if i was to ask you what have you done in the last week, 9/10 people will say bu gger all. The truth is we all do something every hour of the day, sometimes as a habit sometimes on impulse or a whole lot of reasons but we just dont aknowledge it. We dont give ourselves credit........
So everyone on here give yourselves Credit, give yourselves a pat on the back, youve gone through another day doing things and not lay in bed all day n night without moving a muscle......

I make a conscious effort do good things as often as possible, as publicly as possible too. Apart from the fact it makes me feel good, I think it's important for good deeds to be seen to be done. Negativity gets so much air time these days that it's easy for people to think the world is all bad. I know so many good people, 10x more than every bad person I've ever met or seen on the news, and yet the minority get the recognition.
Being overtly good does annoy some, but I'd like to think that's because they know they should be doing the same but aren't making the effort.

    Theres a saying 'Givers Gain'.

    Its true.

Unfortunately, human nature creates cynics & these people think 'taking is better'

Its a battle betwen good & bad that has become more difficult in the age of me.me.

People without morals take advantage of good people, the onlooker thinks twice about being so giving & hence the reluctance to be seen as weak or a victim.

    Sad.
