    if FA accept our appeal tommorow then they will have to deal with it tommorow.
    If they cannot deal with it tommorow then a suspension cannot be enforced until appeal is heard,making him available for wigan game?

    They may accept appeal tommorow and uphold the ref decision on thurs or fri so chelsea would then be a no no

    agreed with this.....3 points against Wigan is a must....worry about Chelsea when it comes..

    Agreed. Should be looking to beat wigan with best available team.

    You rest players could lose the wigan game and it still back fire playing the strongest side against wigan

    Why the ferk would a guy who's missed 3 months of the season already need a "rest" anyway?

    Well i was right!!
    FA first have to acknowledge the appeal i.e today and set up an appeal panel to discuss.The same rules appply right through the game so i wasnt expecting a decision today hence he plays boxing day.

    As a side issue why does Sky feel the need to bring in Dermot Gallagher to discuss weekends incidents,he seems to think that gibsons challenge was worse than cole and deserves a red.Sticking up for the refs union but still trial by television!
    My view for what its worth is that Mark noble foot is higher than Gibsons waist, just that Gibbos was higher so if gibson red,noble is as well surely?
