    seemingly unaware that this incident is going to lead to a crack down a penatly box wrestling....hence reducing Mr Shawcross's premier league valuation to that of a bag of buttons...

    I was at the game and other than being on the end of an unlucky deflection, shawcross was outstanding. Even without the headbutt incident fellaini was shocking and hardly won anything in the air, wasnt allowed any room to bring the ball down on his chest which hes been doing with ease so beautifully all season. So, even though im not the biggest fan of Garth I think hes every right to include shawcross in his TOTW.

    I suppose it hard to control the ball on you chest when you have another players arms wrapped around it. That and jumping to head the ball.

    To be honest I wasn't able to watch the game.... and only posted this thread as I did a similar one last week then he put Howard is as the reason we beat spurs....and Torres, whose two goals he described as a hattrick.

    He's done bizarre teams all season, i can only think he watches the highlights MOTD supply so has no clue what has actually gone on in the game.

    Shawcross is a brilliant brutal defender but i guarantee if he gets faced up instead of in a battle he gives away a foul or gets skinned, but horses for courses and he beat the best midfielder of the season with his tactics over 90 minutes, only Stoke and WBA have been able to stop him this season. Felli should of been sent of at WBA too for petulantly kicking ankles
