Content not available in my region....

    Hiya, every week I try to watch the match highlights and it gives me the same message about the content not available in my region, but I live here in Liverpool so what the hell? I have emailed support a week ago and got no reply.. So I wonder if anyone else has this problem??

    I dont bother with it... Having paid for preseason friendlies that havent worked... And seen it happen to others... I just look elsewhere on the net... Unfortunately if you scratch beneath the surface our website is woeful... And customer service non existant... Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings...

    thanks for your reply.. Yeah just wanted to know if it was just me or not. And yup I have noticed the web site seems to be run by idiots just like the phone apps are.
    I usually download a MOTD torrent but its not uploaded yet.. meh.

    Never had that problem. You have to wait until after midnight for the prem highlights and a couple days for FA and Carling Cup.

    I am getting, "The requested bitrate is unavailable." This is in both Explorer 8 and Chrome. Is there a site on which we can watch extended highlights of matches, other than this one?

    that message appears if you try watching it before Midnight.

    in fairness i'm not sure why the club put a link up before the video is available
