November 2012 that no youngsters yet again look like pushing the first team squad and its the same old same old again, moyes and kenright are constantly emphasising the importance of youth and we are always bringing in these so called good young players into the academy, yet they never seem to progress, i know its not certain that a young player will fullfill his potential but we never give them a chance, the RS knock us into touch for bringing young players through now and they use to be criticised for not giving local talent or young english talent a chance, yet they still seem to of found a few players who are now first team regulars, look at sterling younger than barkley and doing well and barkley left on the bench or on loan, whos the next big thing? george green? i expect him to be same scenario as barkley, give the likes of duffy vellios barkley a chance at least, even utd who bring in big money signings bring through a lot more younger players than us, it was said that teams like everton are getting the best young english talent avaialble as they know they wont get a chance at the bigger clubs with all the foreigners and big signings , but thats obviously not right. most teams in the prem seem to develop and produce many more young players than we do, so much for this great academy set up, weres the results?
