    David Moyes should contact the Premier League Referees Association and ask them if they have a directive to not give any major decisions especially penalties in our favour

    It is getting a bit frustrating. While in a lot of games we should've been able to win without needing the ref to get it right it just isn't fair that we just can't get any match changing decisions in our favor when they should.
