Wasnt so long ago that there was a number of people ready to have a pop at him after every game. For me hes always been massively underrated and is probably the most consistant player in our squad, puts in a shift every single time.

always liked him and hoped Baxter was going to emulate him. He will still have games were he goes missing but i think the midfield support roll playing that little deeper than off the striker and certainly not on the right wing suits his no nonsense high energy game, he is better when he doesn't have too much time to think about his game and playing on instinct

attacking wise, he's been fantastic this season but he's been just as good most seasons. It's his defensive capabilities which have vastly improved this season. In the past Osman has been a liability defensively letting the opposition frequently walk past him and push him to one side but this year he's really getting stuck in and won tackles.

always liked him. he has the skill to pick a pass, make a positive run, and even score. his hold-up play can do good too.

His lack of physical strength has always been a problem but as a footballer I've always liked him. Don't think it's helped that he's played on the wing either, definitely not a winger.
