In no way is Liverpool's goal ironic...

...in that it was a long ball. I'm looking at you, Gerrard.

Liverpool are like Stoke. They hump it up to the striker ( suarez) & he scores.

On second thoughts, what a great ball,I'll retract that comment.

He took the goal really well... Shame he dived earlier in the match... He truly is yin and yang...

Suffice to say,a one man team.

Which I aimed at a red nose tonight down the boozer.

    His reply was.'fellaini'.

Fair do's but we wouldn't fall as disastrousley as them.

Fair do's ?!!!! Baines Pienaar, Mirallas, Jelavic, Jags......we'd need to lose 5 players to crumble to their 1.....

Shows how idiotic he is. last thing I remember some of the greatest players that played the game could pick a player out with a long ball.In fact even Barca use Alonso in that way. Presumably Rodgers has told him to always pass sideways or back even if there is a better option in front of you. An egotistical blinkered manager making one of the most brainless players to perform at top level even less effective

liverpool are depending on 17YO wiz kid, an old (in the footballing world) 31/32 OY mid-feilder and a driving c*nt to make them a team. No there not a 1 man team.. but 3 isn't much better.

Gerrard picks up the ball in or around is his 18yard and either plays it out wide to the wiz kid or fires a long one for  suarez, where he'll do one of two things, fall over as if a truck ran into the back of him or skin a player  and dive when he's closer to or in the box.
And gerrard dose the same thing if he's closer to the oppisitions goal, only he may have a shot on.
Cant wait until he hangs up his boots or gets injured.

And that 17-Y-O kid has been very lucky to stay on the pitch in both of the last two games. How he wasn't even booked for kicking out yesterday I have no idea.... Oh yeah 'he's young, you have to forgive him'...... Bull!
