    if we had no debt and we turned over a couple of players every summer to brign a couple in we would be doing alright

    No, that plan means reducing our overheads in the short term, players wages should come down in the mid term due to a need to balance revenues and FIFA Fair Play, and then when we're making a profit, we can operate as an effective business.

    In terms of revenue, we're a mid table club, that needs to be addressed.  That's the CEO's job, and as the Union say, we need to let him do it, and if he can't, sack him and find another.  The board should be there to ratify decisions, not create the ideas.
