    quick slap on back to this forum. despite what have i may have implied on other threads it was really noticeable when I couldn't log onto here and had to get to the Echo site instead that there is a pretty high level of honesty and objective opinion on here compared to most football sites. The Echo fans described a game where Everton had lumped the ball up to a huge centre forward we hadn't got against a Liverpool team who valiantly tried to play football and will one day rule the world again. Or...,maybe it was a game where Everton played a team off the park who were bound to be relegated. These are the intelligent ones too..most of the comments are so mindless I can't be bothered even taking the p iss.

    I am happy to have some biased blinkered opinions on EFC by the way but the Echo fan comments on the match read like a gang of steroid ridden ten year olds who have never seen a game in their life

    in fairness to Reds fans though..they were just like bad mouthed yapping puppies mimicking the childish uneducated opinions of their manager and captain. just think some of the blues fans on their should raise their game

    It's this exactly mate, half will also have listened to it on radio city and saw MOTD highlights, these are not good sources to get a handle of how the actual game was played. i listened to city then watched the match in full, commentary and summery from Aldo etc were very different to the actual game as always.

    It is funny though that even though the stats are so heavily stacked in our favour our captain comes out and says to be fair maybe a draw was a decent overall result for both teams when clearly it wasn't!

    We ain't the bitters anymore mate, better team and more class with it!
