Liverpool team last night....

    anyone else abit surprised Rodgers played a full strenght team last night?...and left Gerrard on for the full 90 mins.....

    i know its early in the season, but should mean we'll be that little bit fresher come sunday...would have been better if they were playing away, but you often see the Europa league teams be a bit sluggish the weekend after a euro game....

    I was quite surprised yes, and if he loses on Sunday he will come in for some criticism. Suarez should be shattered after playing 90 minutes on Saturday and Thusday, and after flying from here to Uruguay and back again in the international break.

    Is Wisdom a first team player? Supported my dad last night watching Liverpool together. Liverpool haven't been on a telly for a while, my dad was like look at all these new faces hehe.

    How many that watched it hoped Gerrard's limp was going to carry on after there little clash?
    To be honest I thought they looked good and I fear for our right back who ever that may be, doesn't help they got no decisions either from the ref, that'll be countered on sunday.. Plus side, Suarez kept falling over, he's not learning.
    Why don't the ref's do something about it and start carding the little s**tbag.
    I think we are losing form, they are gaining it and its going to be a real battle. I put them as favourites despite the league position.

    Yeah he has started the last 4 games for liverpool now...Rodgers seems to prefer him to Jose Enrique

    i'd fancy Hibbert to keep him quiet.........although if coleman plays right back, i'd be abit worried.....

    i'd say its a while since Gerrard will have played 3 games in a week (Dalglish rested him alot last season)......hopefully it has its affect on him......
