Does this mean Everton can appeal?

Sky sports new from 9th October
Watford have been successful in their appeal against the red card shown to Matej Vydra against Middlesbrough at the weekend.
The striker was sent off two minutes before half-time in the 2-1 defeat at Vicarage Road after being shown a second yellow card for an alleged stamp on Nicky Bailey.

Think you can appeal a yellow on the basis of a technicality... If the ref got the rules wrong... But not for being generally useless..

I'd like to think you would have learned by now that "rules" and the FA have very little in common...

I think in cases of mistaken identity then the card can be rescinded but as the referee was just incapable, under qualified and partially sighted then it cannot be rescinded.
