    this post title should read "only white people are DEEMED racist"

    when I worked for Huddersfield Town they did a lot of work in the bradford area in order to recruit players from the asian community. Bradford had/still has asian only leagues. you couldn't play in them if you were white !

    We tried to recruit many a fine player from these leagues but were always refused permision to approach them as they "weren't allowed" to play for a non asian background culture team/club..

    Yes you guessed it which club got lambasted for not having many asian players....considering they were from a "very high ethnic percentage catchment area".......I worked very closely with a high profile "black" player in order to try to address this situation and even he couldn't believe the "cultural differences" against allowing players to sign up...

    Not racism you notice but "cultural differences"
