    Refusing to play...i.e. refusing to do his job, is a sackable offence. So if he really is finished, sack him!


    i agree.....another example of how spolt footballers are these days. The only way Saha can prove he's fit enough to sit on the bench for the first team, is to play in the reserves. He still gets paid the same big salary even when he plays in the reserves.
    I must say i was delighted with Drenthe's attitude last week....coming from Madrid, he knew he needed the match-time, so he got on with it and seemed to enjoy himself out there.

    Can saha play enough games with the reserves to build up a decent fitness level anyways?.......i don't think he can......but while he's still taking our money he should atleast try......

    because....he is king louis, thats why.

    Why should he have to bother to get himself fit?

    He might do himself an injury doing stuff like that!

    He should of retired in the summer, he is a complete waste of time. He hasn't even played a f*****g game this season and he has still got injured. And he earns something like £60K a week for sitting on the treatment table.

    Absolutely no chance of a new contract with us.......will he get a new contract elsewhere?, doubtful.......

    i think it may be the end of the road, he is available now and hes not involved in tonights game, maybe its a sign that moyesy wants to take this cup seriously and not mess about using it as a training excercise, which is a good sign. maybe he will have to wait for his opportunity and take it, still if hes refusing to play for ressies and storming off before games i think thats the end as far as moyes is concerned, forget all this from moyes about him being happy about players getting upset by not playing or getting selected , theres getting upset and theres showing a total lack of respect for your team,.hes gone .

    Yeah i think Saha has dropped down the pecking order now. Just a pity Moyse plays Cahill upfront. He needs Vellios at the moment he seems to be on hot form and want's the ball all the time. Straq seems to be second at the moment but may be due to getting fitness back.

    It is hard as you do need to play reserve games to get fit but understand that Saha's playing time is little. So he is in a catch 22.
