    how many poor performances is neville going to allowed before he is dropped?

    then again so many bad performances today he isnt the only one! usually i complain about coleman giving the ball away but today so many passes went astray from so many players he was no worse than anyone else.

    one thing for sure if we play like that next week we will be stuffed; again.

    Calm down, I for one might be a newbie to this forum but no need to get all stressed out, the players your talking about like Giggs are exceptions to the rule unfortunately Neville isn't. His legs have gone for the midfield position I'm not saying he cant do a job at right back maybe, if he play against teams that will have a much lower possession stat so he doesn't have to do so much running!

    Neville has always been a very reliable,man motivating,example to all younger footballers.

    He's had a good upbringing,professionally,privately & during Moyes years.

    Moyes constant choice of all this background before ability will always cost us points & while phil might shine in certain games,His contribution to the team is dwindling.

    Loyalty can bite you in the ar-se.

    I agree that Nev is now getting on a bit for a regular first team place. He would be better coming off the bench to tighten things up later on in a game. Peanuts is now out of the derby, so Oviedo should be brought in on the left with Ossie and Hietinga in the middle. Miralles out on the right with Coleman at right back. Felli behind Jelavic in a 4-4-1-1 formation.
    Nev has been great for us over the years but now is the time for him to start moving into the coaching side of things at EFC. Doing this I think he could become a future manager of EFC, but his playing days are few in the future and the time is right for his coaching role to progress.
