    I got a text 3 days later saying I've got mine. Used it today.

    BetFred doing themselves no favours this morning. Still waiting on this free fiver, I contacted them via Live Help to explain the situation and that I'd heard a few others were in the same position, and I asked them to explain what was going on, and with no reason or explanation, they just cut me off! So I've emailed a complaint to them. I wasn't rude to them, miffed maybe, but not rude or impolite in any way and they just cut me off. I won't be using them again now until I get an apology and some form of compensation hopefully in the shape of a free bet.

    I got my free bet yesterday after 4 odd days of winding the live help staff up told yer Andy they are_fucking useless mate.
