Said this on Bretts thread but i will say it for Dan too..

Gough about 900 years old when he came but he was inspiring with his determination
Weir, consistency personified, not brilliant but much better than i thought
Ferguson, i had only heard about him for his thuggery before i watched him play, then loved him that much i went to see him in that reserve game
Campbell, he saved us from relegation and was just awesome, first player i know of who bought a box at goodison while he played for us

Campbell maybe top of list but I can't believe everyone (including me) forgot Joe Parkinson, thought we had bought another stopgap functional workhorse, started slowly but became absolute class...

When Fellaini signed for £15M, I had no idea who he was so spending so much money on him was a surprise. His first couple of games were very poor considering the amount we paid for him, and I couldn't see him ever being worth the amount we paid for him. Now though, he plays more like a £30M player than a £15M one, so he is the one who stands out for me.
