    Liverpool fans I spoke to think he is making fool of himself. That weird **** with the three envelopes was like watching a second rate teacher try get peoples' attention. Don't know what is staged for camera but also noticed he hardly mentions the fans. evrything seems aimed at his bosses.

    he seemed to be saying he had written the names of 3 players who would let them down in an envelope that he didnt show them...can imagine what the likes of Carragher thought of that. Carra one of the few of them came across okay...

    That three envelopes thing was one of the stupidist ideas I've ever seen, if as a manager you thought three players were going to let you down you would surely get rid of them. The only outcome from that exercise is disharmony and nervousness amongst the squad, hope he's there for a couple of years.

    thinking about it if there are three players in his squad he thinks will let him down and he continually plays them, then its his fault and he is already the sh itttest manager ever
