never seen Jags taken off at half time despite some proper **** performances
1 rule for 1 another for his faves

Very good point this. Heitinga isn't a bad defender but his lack of pace is now a problem to us, because we are trying to play a more expansive style of football. Being counter attacked is gonna be a big problem for us a as a team from now on. Yesterday we got caught out too high up the pitch and we struggled to get back into formation the main offenders as we know are Heitinga, Neville and in some respects even Jags isn't that fast over 30 yards. When we play teams we can sit deep on i.e. Man U it wont be a problem, but we are not playing them every week. You wait most teams are gonna sit deep against us this season and just counter attack against us!!

In fairness Milks, I think the only slower CB in the Premiership is Mertesacker.

EvertonfcNSNO said:dunno about this one ... if hibbo lost his footing exactly at the point when he was going to make a tackle (which happened to seamus) i suspect you would say its just bad luck ... but what really matters is that the goal was offside anyways ...the ref has to see that one as the defensive line is not even close so he has a unobstructed view
