Did any one see the empty seats during the last game?

Don't know how much they cost but if we want to build/re-new stadium, shouldn't we fill the current capacity before we go all 'Billy big Bol-locks?

We need more boxes, Everton have one of lowest box numbers in Prem, they're a major source of revenue. Teams live City have a hundred more (exaggeration)

we dont need more boxes, we do need a new stadium with more facilities.

its gotta be a priority, but ive no idea where the money will come from.

Apparently,we need more boxes for income.

We need a new stadium for us.

My stance is re-develop GP ,over 5 years (on the drip)

Not losing any income & spending our money (look at the books) & bank loans combined.

I didn't think it was possible until this new, multi mill deal, was sanctioned via TV rights.

If we could find £78 mil for Kirkby, spend it on GP?

The money will come in.its how its SYPHONED off that counts

admittedly short term in view... but at present and for the foreseeable... can you see us regularly sellin more that say 35k seats per home game.... and do you think a better stadium would make more people come?

Boxes are where the money comes from. Facilities are fine. Boxes are limited. What do we have, 12? 2?

OGV. We sell out every week. The other 4000 seats are restricted view or away end..

    50000,easy.

    Jxg. We've got 12 need 30.each box is 10k per game,housing 8-10 people.

I've been in manures (when berbatov got hatrick against RS, (work) )& its fantastic.

    Meal,unlimited bar,al a carte.its a boss day.

People have the dough & will spend it.

Boxes cost sixty grand a year, not to bad when you think how many people they hold.

kirkby was a huge discount. worth nearly double that.

GP redevelopment would cost well over a 120 mill.

stadium share is the sane choice but no-one wants it.

Kirkby was never gonna cost 150 mill.It was another bit of spin from the club.

Even if GP took 150 mil to re-develop,30 mil per season over 5 years shouldn't kill us.

Especially if you consider that 1.Something has to be done. And 2.150 mill is the cheapest option.

"Kirkby was never gonna cost 150 mill.It was another bit of spin from the club."

no it wasnt. it was a realistic cost of a brand new stadium if we'd had to build it on our own.

doesnt matter now. ideally we would redevelop gp into a state of the art facility, but where would the money come from? we can'b borrow that much, and no-one is seriously interested in buying us.

    There isn't a plan C.

This is the plan B that didn't exist, apparently.

Look at the RS,they are going to cpo property around ground & re-develop on the drip.

    Its the only viable option.

If we can't afford to borrow, say 50mil, for a 1 stand upgrade,we can't borrow 4 times that to build new.

We ain't getting some big investor soon, fact.

We need to keep up with revenues, fact.

    We can't afford new stadium,fact.

    RS won't share,fact

    ( I sound like FSW)

Our stadium will fail safety certifacate soon, fact.

The board are trying to reduce our debt to intice investors, fact.

The board need to make a decision on investing or selling cheaper, fact.

If I'm selling/advertising my £50.00 push bike for £1000.00. It means I either don't really want to sell it or I'm looking for a mug to buy it.

Drop the price of the shares, board & be realistic.
