actually what would be an amazing initiative would be that all the tax money goes into a pot and all the millionaires who have paid into it can sit on an advisory panel that guarantees it is spent in the areas it is needed most to guarantee it doesn't get wasted but genuinely provides for those who need it, if they have risen through from poor roots they could have a supervisory role in ensuring these opportunities remain for people to be well fed, healthy and enable to prosper in the way that they did. are we all agreed now

it is a very grey area. I would suggest if you start a relationship with a particular journal then its difficult to change that relationship, and if it is a very fine balance between not getting into print at all and standing up for yourself. have you got a copy of the writer's yearbook? it will give you an idea of what they do pay don't send them finished articles and keep sources to yourself..big advantage you can gain is many grassroots contacts that they won't have. it is maybe best get a good portfolio then look at other publications to send ideas alongside what you have alreadyy done. they don't need to know it was unpaid. it is a tough environment though. that is why i would definitely advise looking at work that is more secure which your skills crossover with. advise work is a definite, but anything which requires a good interview technique and good written skills. even if you are successful its nice to know you have back up and you will get less frustrated. i am not so up on what happens online but maybe look at review work on sites were you recognise the writing quality is high. It maybe is worth chatting to someone about assistance with mobility issues, especially as advise agencies would probably be very keen on people with your skills who have direct experience in that area

    Knoxy:

Yeah, okay, missed out a keyword on my part and I realise that you lack the intelligence to think on your feet, for yourself, and try to guess what I mean. Let me rephrase:

"So to summarise; you're not satisfied about people getting little pay from a job that requires little skill."

There we go. All better? Can we move on?

You attack my use of the term "high pay", diverting attention from the actual argument to my choice of vocabulary. Protip: Stop doing that. It makes you look like you're grasping at straws, like you are trying to argue what little ground you have left. You can decide what high pay is. If you would care to read the example I used (of footballers) then I'd hope you could begin to fathom what high pay could mean. As I said, higher minimum wage (assuming that the minimum would be a "decent living wage" (as if it isn't already, live within your means)) is economically impossible. As I said before:

Higher wages paid = companies raise prices to compensate = people no
better off than before = people like you complain = high wages paid, ad
    infinitum.

    Anyway: "no
i didnt. you are trying to rewrite my post and put your stupid
prejudices into my mouth. forget it. it merely proves you dont have the
intellect or the imagination to rebut any reasonable points that ive
    made. no surprise there."
What then, dear Knoxy, did you mean? That's how it came across, and your refusal to extrapolate your point to contradict me says to me that you've realised you're wrong (or at least, realised you have no ground left) and are now just screaming obscenities from a corner.

Come on Knoxy, do me the decency of trying a bit harder if you're going to try at all.

Jxg:  their is a chimp that has a vocabulary of nearly a 1,000 words. if you keep practicing you may reach that level. when you do i will consider letting you rewrite my posts for me.

until then the chimp is first choice.

i'll let you know if i change my mind.

    Their is a chimp?

There is a chimp that can spell common, essential words correctly. If you keep practising you may reach somewhere near that level, although I highly doubt that. When you do, I will consider actually taking your insults with more than half a pinch of salt.

Until then, you're still a _cunt who has to resort to insults when his communist arguments are battered, bruised and tossed aside.

I'll let you know if you stop being a _cunt.

and thats not a resort to insult? and what makes you think i'm a communist?

i'm in business - real estate and property development.

and yes. i'm rich enough to be insulated from the harsh realities of an economic system that exploits mugs like you. what makes you special is that you are mugged and then thank them for mugging you.

i don't...if you had followed the conversation was answering the idea that a millionaire with some social responsibility justifies idea they shouldn't be a fair level of tax...although being an advisor doesn't mean you actually create laws without democratic approval...think it is very accepted part of democracy..and as someone who has never got off the bottom rung someone with genuine advise about how to do it would have my attention
