    He's got to justify to a worldwide following why they aren't top of the league after 6 games, trust me he's a orrible sweaty sock bastid but I respect the way he comes back each year to get his rocks off on the pressure. He's got balls of steel!!! The orrible beaut!!!

    Pressure and balls of steel my_arse. He's trading on his reputation. The media give him an easy time, partly because nobody likes to attack an old man. The bubble must burst soon. I would pay a Sky subscription if I could be confident that, when confronted with the usual, blithe Ferguson lies, the post-match interviewer would say, "Oh, just shut your mealy mouth and f... off, you boring, time-expired old c..." This, of course, is unlikely to happen.

    This will never happen because the people who ask the questions are full of admiration for the man. I hate Mancs but I've met Fergie and he is a gentleman, aswell as being the best at his vocation. Jealousy is the worst of the 7 deadlys in my eyes it remindse of Liverpudlians

    I can't understand all the reverence for him. Ok, he's good, but his long tenure at manure has as much to do with good fortune and feckless ruthlessness as anything else. There are other competent managers about, who do not indulge in the nastiness, bullying and media s..t-stirring that characterises Ferguson. One of them manages Everton

    as much as i dont like to admit it, ferguson has manipulated and bullied the media onto his way of thinking for the last 20+ years and you cannot help but respect him for that, because he has the trophies and awards to back it up.
