its ridiculous that Liverpool managers can continously have meetings/phone up the chief ref and complain about decisions going against them......and its ridicuous that it gets reported by the media, which further puts pressure on future refs of their games to give them some decisions......Norwich are f*cked on saturday......

Really annoys me this, apparently he is now encouraging diving in his team as they don't seem to get any penalties. Reminds me of when we had Andy Johnson we nearly went a full season without a penalty and when Moyes spoke out he was sent to the stands.

They will no doubt get a penalty next game but in my opinion their luck has run out they are no longer one of the elite top 4 so they need to get used to life outside it where luck doesn't always go your way!

I remember that at the end of season review Hackett conceded 11 of the 13 Moyes showed him actually were legitimate claims, reputation kills you in the Premier league unless you are top 4, sorry Liverpool your far from it now. It's a tougher league when the refs don't favour you!

    made me laugh!!!

"I just said to Mike, we have to be careful that we don't discourage people and players who are trying to respect the game. We want to win the game but we want to win it by fair means."

The manager added: "The players have been outstanding in their work. But us being a sporting team and going by the letters of the law and the rules, it just seems to pass us by in terms of decisions.

In other words Suarez diving isn't getting him any penalties.

I think this kind of thing works against clubs. No ref worth his salt will give iffy decisions that make him look like he's giving in to pressure from managers. I've no doubt that refs will be told to go about their duties as usual and take no notice of a manager who is in trouble and should worry more about the job he's doing (maybe not for much longer) than the jobs refs are doing.

It's going to take a lot more than dubious penalty decisions to get the RS into the top 4 this season.

Although I do think when individual managers make these kinds of comments there should be some sort of punishment since it is akin to claiming refs are incompetent or worse biased.

I think if this forum was more about our club rather than what's going on across the park.......the better off we will be .....

I have incredible banter going on with those I know who support the Dark Side. We all laugh about it.

And I'm no less a Blue than anyone else who thinks he has to hate Liverpool to be a true Blue. That's your prerogative.

I choose to support my team because I want to. But I don't have to prove that to anyone by doing something I don't want to do or being something I'm not.
