    I am totally in utter disbelief that the police actually sanctioned this BU march down Goodison Road BEFORE the game with Aston Villa. "paddyryan" had it all in a nutshell, he contended that it would have served their purpose more if the walk took place AFTER the game as those who were interested could remain to join them, and those who don't see eye to eye with their protest could disperse like good law-abiding citizens. I personally contend that they are seeking notoriety by having the pros and cons come together on Goodison Road, which runs the risk of actually resulting in a conflict which could then result in damaging media coverage of our club. I think the police are actually demonstrating a lack of awareness of the potential for a riot occurring and it is always better to prepare for safety than be sorry afterwards.

    Do you think generalising entire groups is not usually flawed then?

    To be fair, if you've read the stuff the blue union have put out. And read about everything they have done. You'd have to be an idiot for not noticing that they are largely a bunch of idiots. Well, the ones doing the writing and talking at any rate.
