What do the Anti-BU brigade make of this statement?

The statement on its own is credible. My concern it whether the BU has been taken over by KEIOC who I believe are self serving and only want to do the club down at every turn. The other issue is whether we are going to see the same level of violent vitriol seen during DK when the fan base was deeply divided. I just hope that they are big enough to try and reach out to there detractors rather than BU thinking its the only set of "true" Evertonians.

    So all they want is

    a. A multi billionare to buy the club
    b. Spend tens of millions on players.
    c. Pay them 100's of thousands pounds a week.
    d. Regularly qualify for the Champions League
    e. Don't put the entrance fee up because we're poor.
    f.  Build a new 60.000 seater ground right where Goodison presently is. (Preferably also called Goodison Park)
    c. While doing this the club should stay solvent.

You think waving a bunch of "Kenwright out" placards is going to accomplish this?

    Best of luck.

PS. You do realise Man City lost £131,000,000 last year and have spent £1,000,000,000 (billion) in the last 3 seasons.

there are 17 of them now so they have had 20 T-shirts printed...thats 17 for them and 3 they can sell to get enough money to pay for their free 1's.

Evertonians who claim the Blue Union are "splitting support" while spending most of the last week on here calling anyone who supports them "idiots" are surely a bit thick.

    This place...

The one thing I am a bit miffed about with this protest march is it's basically only a five minute walk - Should have started from Everton Valley to the ground.

Its all a bit pathetic to be honest. The things they want can be easily acheived. They go and support City or United. Job done.

We're missing the point here, sure everyone is free to protest, and give their reasons whether you agree or not, but they say they are real Evertonians( how dare they differentiate themselves ), and they decide unanimously to protest 1 hour before one of the most important games we'll play this season.............. beggars belief

The reason it's a short march s so they can include non-protesting people n their pictures.

If they started 1/2 a mle away with 100 people t would be embarrasing.

I remember there were protest organised last year and not one took place.

I can see a few wet people in t-shirts lookng miserable.

Howie, you have a problem with them using the term "real evertonians" but you don't seem to object to people on here labelling the Blue Union and their supporters as "halfits", "idiots" and the likes. This goes for many of you on here!

I'm still on the fence about the blue Union... but the hypocrisy here is dumbfounding.

I believe Howie may be right though.

I have encountered Halfwits, idiots and the like from the BU on twitter.

Then you're just as devisive as you claim they are.

There are many decent BU supporters. I know plenty. Anybody speaking in general terms about any group is usually deeply flawed.

Any group that posts stuff in public statements which make it clear to all and sundry that they haven't a clue about the issues they are talking about and are set up to tackle is always deeply flawed.

I'm sure some of them are decent enough chaps. But the whole thing is just pathetic.

Complain, protest, make banners, get out into the media with your message by all means.... but the things they've said and the things they'd done are just ridiculous.

I should point that i have a reasonable relationship with 1 of the committee memebers of the BU and he is a very amiable guy.

I think you missed my point somewhere along the line, Howie. I never accused you of calling anybody names.

I wish you'd change back into Street Sinatra or whatever it was.

You were much more palatable then
