With the sudden political threads and some also about movies, I figured why the hell not ask y'alls opinion on this flick. I very much enjoy this movie but apparently the ending is not accurate and Guy Fawkes did not blow up parliament. Any thoughts on the film?

Has it only just dawned on you that Guy Fawkes did not actually blow up the Houses of Parliament ? WTF did you think that big building on the Thames was, a cardboard cut out ?

Pirates of the Caribbean. Damn brits just wouldn't let Capt Jack do his thing.

Also, since there are apparently some conspiracy theorist on board here, maybe there were some interesting ideas about the flick.

No, but when the movie did come out I had to look up Guy Fawkes and learn the truth and learned you all actually have a holiday for him correct? I don't remember learning any British history back in school, atleast not very much.
