    But Knoxy, didn't I just completely outargue you? Did I not respond to everything you said with a equally just much better statement? Does that not mean that you're wrongly prejudicing all Conservatives to be "unable to follow reasoned argument"?

    The research finds that children with low intelligence are more likely to hold prejudiced attitudes as adults. Low-intelligence adults tend to gravitate toward socially conservative ideologies, the study found. Those ideologies, in turn, stress hierarchy and resistance to change, attitudes that can contribute to prejudice."

    I have to say, though, having lived in various countries around the world, that we are VERY lucky to live where we live. No matter how bad we think it is.

    Why else would we, in Aus, be fending off boatloads, & the UK is facing a similar onslaught.

    Labour or Conservative (not much difference nowadays), we still live in a country that millions would give their lives to live in.

    Jokes aside, there comes a point when you need to look back, Knoxy, and think: "Does anyone actually care about this?" I could easily link you a few novels and if you read them all I'd be impressed, but you wouldn't. Do I think call you ignorant? No. I simply laugh because you're a hypocritical bellend.

    I'D HAVE PROBABLY ALREADY HAVE READ THEM ALL. THATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN US.

    it wouldnt impress me. and it doesnt impress me that you, like so many conservatives, have no time for facts. 

    or perhaps you dont have the ability to read. many dont. they can physically read but they can't sustain the level of concentration needed to finish reading even read a short article.

    hence their opinions are merely an ignorant acceptance of what they find in the little world around them.

    this is certainly so of conservatives and religoids.
