    Just increasing his transfer value then.......even 20 quid says manure or somebody tries to **** him cheap before he fully develops into the player we think he could be!?

    it's a nap...his reputation is ever increasing......

    spoke with pearcey last night re rodwell....he took him off as he felt there needed to be more forward drive from the back..and he wanted to speed the play up......it was purely tactical and he actually thought rodwell did well....

    thats the thing mate, lets say they do, and we got 35million, would that be better for us to be able to build for the future than it would be to keep one good player?? Would be nice for a change for us to be able to keep hold of him and get moeny to build from elsewhere!

    IMO this board is driven to reduce the debt...so their focus i think would be to sell him and pay off debt.....the bigger picture would be to hopefully develop the youth/team to produce a winning team..this would bring success/trophies and hence income..then pay the debt off....

    he hasnt set the world on fire just yet, looks a player, if he turns out to be half the player rooney is, i will be happy.
