im not so sure about that........im pretty tired of this `waiting` we have to do. its such a fob off.
wait for this wait for that wait for him to get used to it. wait for him to fully recover from injury.....we get that a lot.
i dont even think Dm will go for a striker this year or next. wouldnt play him anyway

:( you seem fed up mate!

IMO, i think we will sign onouha from man city cos he can play anywhere across the back 4, so its good cover for us and would cost 3 million ish.

I think he looks to find a more attack minded midfielder than what we have and he def will look for a striker.

All that could change if felli doesnt sign a contract. he may go in jan, then we may have to find his replacement too.

Ithink over the next 12 months there will be plenty of movement cos we are at that time when it needs to happen.

i admire your optimism but im gonna stick to my realistic way of thinking. there may be movement but probably selling out best players and then replacing with loans or untested potential.
Fed up? yeh i am a bit. It just seems year after year in interviews and reading posts, we hear the words, `we just have to wait`...for whatever situation. bored of it. while we wait. others progress.
i mean...how much longer do we wait for Anichebe to perform !!....surely we have to agree he`s a waste of space and wages !!

all i can say with regards anichebe is he must show moyes more in training than we see on the pitch.

    TBH, that shouldn't matter.
He could be a God on the training field, but if the useless sad sack can't preform on the game field (as he has shown over and over again) then he shouldn't even get a look in.

You talk about being realistic and you want to spend in January.....   hahaha

We have no money, no matter how much cash we made this summer the club are still in debt!!!!!!!!!!!

If the bank allows us to use some of the money from artetas transfer surely we should keep it and use it next summer when everyone will be re-building again, not many clubs will spend in January due to the amount spent in the summer, so a loan would be a great move and just try to keep going as we are....

dont buy anyone give the young players at least a chance, getting sick of moyesys over protecting of players, barkley missed most of last season through injury , played a few this season, and our most gifted player in years is out the team hes not even on the bench, vellios looked like our best attacking prospect in a while, he looks the part comes on vs wigan and does the bizz yet moyes wants to play 2 midfielders upfront the next game, play our best players in there best positions, stop playing osman on the left, its a sqaud game, but at times it looks like a job for the boys as far as moyes is concerned, he wanted to keep neville happy and totally ruined the whole team by shifting everyone around to fit in a poor 35 year old, ive just give up on moyes now im afraid, hes got no balls, and has become a totally negative manager, even his interviews are negative hes become a moaner, hes started looking to use the lack of funds as an excuse, stop whining moyes and do the job we know you can do, you had a pisssss poor squad and got us into 4th place by being confident. stop becoming a liability, i feel sorry for the players to be honest having to play some of your tactics, they look as bemused and confused as i am at times.

Johno I don't know why you have to say the same thing over and over again in every post! You don't know Barkley, you dont know how he's handling it all. Same with Vellios and Dennis. Neville was dropped for Villa and Wigan cos Hibbert is playing better. Change the 4ookin record!

What a clever reply that is from (while we are throwing insults around) a total ignoramus.

`You talk about being realistic and you want to spend in January`.....   hahaha
I didnt say i wanted us to spend in January. You made the comparison of spending in summer or winter to which i relied why wait till summer (if we are going to spend)

We have no money, no matter how much cash we made this summer the club are still in debt!!!!!!!!!!!
Right ! we have no money right? didnt you say we should buy in Summer? Bit difficult without money isnt it.

If the bank allows us to use some of the money from
artetas transfer surely we should keep it and use it next summer when
everyone will be re-building again, not many clubs will spend in January
due to the amount spent in the summer, so a loan would be a great move
and just try to keep going as we are....

wonderful thinking...yeh lets spend `the money` (which you just said we dont have)

in summer  when everyone is rebuilding again. good time to do that when people are available but we will be out-priced by every other club.

You say `not many clubs will spend in Janusry`....well isnt that a positive for us.? ..that leaves the door open for us to make moves for players without competition.

Youve provided no advantage as to buying in summer as opposed to buying this winter. and then contradicted yourself laughably.

Looking forward to your intelligent reply....Sure there are a few 4 letter words you can think of in your limited vocabulary

Ok.  Lets say we have £7m left from the Arteta, Beckford and Yak transfers.  I'd use it to offer Felli a new long term contract.
