Bilyaletdinov in the centre

Now Mikel Arteta has gone we need someone in the current squad to step up and be our creative flair in the middle of the park. To be fair Mikel Arteta has been off form for 18 months or so now and the vast majority of our creativity comes down the left hand side from Baines. Bainsey is a world class left back and he has done a fantastic job both going forward and defensively but we can't rely on him alone.

Leon Osman has done a very good job towards the end of last season and he's versatile. Barkley is a very very promising talent who could/ will do wonders for us but at the moment he's still young and inexperienced and that shows in the defensive side of his game especially against Blackburn. Rodwell is still only 20 and he's occasionally played out of position (on the wing) which doesn't suit him.

I think Bilyaletdinov would blossom in the centre as he has great vision, confidence on the ball, trickery and a hell of a shot on him. Bilyaletdinov has struggled to get a run in the side but he has shown that he had a fantastic attitude to try on force his way back in. In his first season with us he got a fair few goals although he found a lot of critics because of his price tag. To sum up I think Diniyar would do a terrific job as our creative centre mid and I would love to see him to finally get a run of games.

Moyes does seem to have favourites at the club but I hope this doesn't limit the lads chances furthermore

Moyes will opt for Osman... he's too predictable! However that is not said with pessimism as I think he would prove to do the job two fold!
As for Billy... I think he should take Cahills role, just behind the striker.

i think ozzy performs better without mikky in the team, so this could be his chance to really shine :).

Billy should be given a chance behind the striker so as we arnt beign too predictable which i think we can be at times when cahill plays, would give us a different style of play aswell possibly.

IF we could get through to the end of the season with the squad we have, and consolidate for a season, perhaps, we could get a transfer kitty together of about 15-18million next year with all the money we will have saved on wages??

Jeez, who are u guys watchin when he plays. The man has no idea, he scores a cracking goal every now and then, but loses the ball as soon as he gets it n looks shocked, like where did he come from. The guy has no football sense for Premier League, we've given him enough time to figure it out but it hasnt happened. I was a Billybechod backer when he came but it just hasnt clicked in for him, he hasnt a clue what he should be doing. Replace Cahill, are you having a laugh, i can see all the premier league terrified at the thought of facing him, in behind the striker!!!!!! NOT. It's got to be the deadline day stuff has got to you all, get some counselling, before Saturday, you'll soon snap out of it.
BILLYBECHOD is what we call him in Wales. BECHOD meaning "ohhh shame".

yeah, ossie is one of the most under rated players we have. most people only notice players like ossie when they score a goal, which i suppose is only normal.

bily is a player i would like to see more of. he cost enough and should be given more game time.

ossie needs a run of games, last 2 seasons hes come into his own second half of season when weve had injuries and moyes had to play him , normally hes left on bench ony coming on for 30 minutes on the left or right, give him game sin the centre, let him get going and he will be excellent , like he has been second half of last 2 seasons, been most underated player ever at efc i think, and messed around in different positions, arteta going may be a blessing if ossie can shine in centre, and he will given the chance.

Bilyaletdinov has never had a proper run of games where he's actually stared and I believe that's why you only see flashes of brilliance from him. If he gets a run of games I'm certain he'll improve.

I hope he does, because he has potential. I like Bily, I think he is an honest player and he scored some spectacular goals, but he is no inconsistent and he is not a winger that's for sure.

he has scored some spectacular goals in the russian league for sure, and the odd one for us too and i to realy rate the kid ,
i still think he looks a little lightweight could do with some gym sessions to bulk up a bit

i think he wont have much choice, considering the size of the squad.
