This term gets thrown around on here a lot.
Seems to get passed out by those who think they are something special because they are from Liverpool.

    I'm Liverpool, born and bred.
And like you all, I work hard to make a living.
I work hard so I can attend most of the home games (and a few of the away games) of the club I was born into.

There are some who can't afford to attend as much as they would like.
There are some who have no chance of making match day because they can't get the time off work.
There are those who live too far away ie. abroad to make every match.
There are those who..........this could be done all day, but I'm sure you have the jist of it.

Just because I live a stones throw away from Goodison and I'm able to attend more games than others, I would never knock our supporters from outside the city.

Those who are from the city and have the attitude of sucking their own bum ****, seem to forget that if it was not for these "Wools", Everton would be so so so much lower with takings on the gate, merchandise, so on and so forth.

These pompus trakky wearing chavs need to have a little more respect for those from outside the city who support this fantastic, historically filled club.

It's seriously sad that there are still small, narrow minded, ungrateful planks in our ranks.

"Wools", your welcome here, just ignore the sad little minority.

I was not directing this to you.
You have seem to of made yourself part of the furniture here on this site.
I'll opt for something you put your feet on.

This was more directed towards the new people who have recently taken up this site and seen some of the diarrhoea posted by a couple of the users who portray themselves as god gift for being from this city.

They call people "wools", you call people "pompous tracky wearing chavs" -- you are hardly in a position to lecture about "respect".

Got a little carried away there, and I do apologise for dropping to "their level".
Thank you for pointing that out for me.

in a non whart kind of way? ;) LOL.

I live in York mate, and ive set my stall out to make as many games as possible this season, startign with the next 2 home games, and i'll be honest, im envious of you guys who get to go most if not every home game, if i lived closer i would hardly miss a match. The people that live in the city are the lucky ones from my perspective!

F*ck off! If you're not from Liverpool you're not welcome...

I was born and bred in Liverpool,
I went to my 1st Everton match in 1953.
    I left the city in1968.
In 1990 i returned to the city through my work.
I left the city in 1994, by which time i had created over 25 jobs in the merseyside area.
Please you may call me a wooly if you like.
I did love the city, but when people call other scousers, not knowing what they are talking about
it is time to pack up.

    ...oh wait a sec. :p
