Them boys may make a mistake or two (everyone does) but at least they contribute and give the team more than what they cost the team.

Point im making is all along i have wanted rid of rodwell and im delighted we got over 10 million for an over rated injury prone waste of space. He will rot at city

    Ive never rated him either

Don't particularly dislike him like some cos he's gone.

I think theres a few who seem to think he's left us. Think moyes was quite happy to let him go to be honest.

I don't think we've done a bad deal, nor do I think he's rubbish and hate him.

Found it amazing he got into the side straight away, when ya think who theyve got at their disposal. So i think they put too much pressure on him, however he played as i expected. He can only benefit being with Toure in the middle, there were times like with EFC he just floats into space when the opposition have the ball, not marking space but there just coz it is a space, miles from cutting out the opposition. He kept it simple, very simple just short passes to Toure n thats fine to start with but eventually when he got the chance to spread the play, well he failed. Still its his first game so if he stays fit he can only learn from some of the talent in the side.
We'll be better without him though, cant afford like Shitee can for him to develop.......

He directly competes with Gay Bay or Milner. He comes out of that better than Fellaini and Gibson.

Glad he's gone and put £12million in our bank at the same time ,which i think DM is thinkiing,a media hyped up player, who i would struggle to count on one hand the number of times where he's been good for the blues.Great work DM

I didn't think he played badly to be honest, I think that was his only mistake all game, its just a shame for him that one mistake lead to Southampton's goal.

I thought he played well up to his shocking pass.

It was just awful, but they came back and won so it wouldn't get him down too much.

Did anyone see how nervous he looked before the match?!

I thought he was going to start crying and ask for his mummy!

Struggled with injuries and could hardly get a game with Everton yet he walks straight into the premiership champions starting 11.

who ever thinks he played ok needs to stick to watchin sunday league football he was shocking gave the ball away on a number or occasions he has no creative mind if you watch again hes always sitting back off silva and not moveing foward personally i think david moyes done a amazing deal but at the end of the day got nothing to do with us now so good luck to him and his money bags hope he can keep that bench warm in the not to distant future

Nerves played a massive amount in that performance, he wanted nothing more than to pass it on and hold shape although he was trusted a lot with the ball though as city and these teams do like to keep possession which is ultimately what won them the game. Rodwell will do well at city he plays the role of holding midfielder perfectly he tried to do it at goodison but as he didn't smack it 40 yards into the striker like a Sunday league player he got flack from the crowd. Everton fans don't accept possession football for some reason, i don't understand why considering we still hold out for a holy trinity or someone creative but when we dare keep possession with a backward pass, hell to pay.
