You don't need to name anyone under the age of 21, so they can play at any time.

    I'd imagine

    howard
    mucha
    hibbert
    neville
    distin
    Heitinga
    jagielka
    baines
    cahill
    coleman
    Fellaini
    osman
    Bily
    Drenthe
    Saha
    denis the argie menace
    Yobo?
Rodwell might be a named player
Barkley may be a named player

    anyone else??

    Moyes??
    stubbs??
    chris woods??

Or they'll let us have a 25 man squad, and pick 18 including subs for matches....

no, its not enough but clubs usually leave a few places open for transfers and loan signings.

We have good under 21 players that can play for the club

    Rodwell, Jack

    Gueye, Magaye

    Vellios, Apostolos

    Da Silva, Joao

and some thaqt hopefully will get some good experience and develop to really good players

    Barkley, Ross

    Baxter, Jose

    Bidwell, Jake

That makes it 25 and I am not worried.

Everton should get some support from FA giving many young players the cance to play in PL as it ensures that england's future.

That's what I think!!! For every player that you produce in your youth set-up and that plays a certain amount of matches at u-21 and senior level. The club would receive bonuses from the FA. This would be a much better way to produce young Home grown talent than the squad restrictions and obviously would help us as we have gotten a few in to the u-21 set up and senior squad over the years. Also in the case of Rooney, a player we developed and brught up at youth level, we should also receive compensation from the FA every time he reaches some milestone, for giving them without doubt one of the best talents they've ever had. This would definitely get clubs really focused on developing and playing their own which would benefit England more in the long run and us receiving a nice sum every so often.

I see what your both saying, but, as its worded, it sounds like 'lets make a rule up that suits Everton'!

But as a whole, yes, it would give clubs incentives to produce good young talent :)
