I have no idea. These people moan about debt and lack of new players and now we have two new players and less debt and they decide to protest! What do they want to board to do?

    Enough is Enough.

anyone half intelligent person can see within 2-3 years there we will be relegation fodder, If things continue at the rate they are now.

If the board wont do anything, its up to the fans to step up to the plate.

Rs and united fans did it, and the players said it didnt affect them when they were playing.

Is that recent or posted 6 years ago when they were syaing the same thing, or maybe 5 years ago when they were saying the same thing or maybe 4.. ah you get my point.
We are no closer to relegation than when we finished fourth. We are no closer to administration than when we finished fourth.. We have if anything got a better team than before the transfer window. We have reduced our debt and our wages so I can't see why we should protest at that.. at all. It must be something more than what you have posted.
ps Neither the RS or United fans were the reason the clubs got sold.

Cant help noticing the Blue Union meeting lasted about 50 minutes( about the time it takes some wools to get to scouse land, me included), the twitter posts say "meeting to start in 10 mins" posted 4 hrs ago, then it says " meeting closed, decision to protest unanimous", posted 3 hrs ago. Long time to discuss a protest, didnt they have enough time to discuss anything else then..................

Or the more stupid people who think that the way forwards is to spend money we don't have.
    As for team..
We now have pace instead of Arteat
We have a striker to replace Beckford which according many couldn't be much of a step down if no good
And Yak is the same as last year only gone instead of on loan

Jeez..... Is it so hard to understand that the club will own nothing soon!!! Our assets are dwindling every minute under this board! Which by their own admission is thier way forward!

Credit comes with assets... no wonder the banks are getting nervous!
The players we have just brought in are not ours but the players that left were!

    The Blue Union

So presumably you want the present board removed and a billionaire to
take over the club? Do you know of anybody with a billion or two to
spare? If not then what's the point of the demo?

Or maybe you want to have a gripe for no reason and offer no vialble alternative to the current regime.

"What are you complaining about"? Are you for real?
This club has been run in to the ground and you can't see it?
    I pity you.
There were 600 supporters at that meeting today which,at such short notice, was a great turnout.
How many do you think you will see next week?
Join them if you can and it will bring change that much closer.
If it is not nearer 6000 then this club is indeed finished.

Whether Everton have been run into the ground or not is a moot point. I will ask again.

    Do
you have a viable alternative to the current regime or not? My betting
is not and all you are doing is letting off a lot of hot air.

and what good is protesting going to do for investers or buyers?? we will change from a peoples club to a protesting club, i dont like the way the clubs being run but for me protesting isnt going to help as it will only distract the plyers from performing and instead of cheering the lads on all we will hear is sack the board, then when it does affect the players performance what are you going to do next protest at the players for listening to the protest

no disrespect deso, but i dont think the club is finished if we dont get lots of protestors. Ive no problem if people want to protest etc, but why not do it after the game when it wont affect the players etc???

Sambo-I know your position-I respect it.......unfortunately until people say" We are not happy with the status quo" nothing...and I mean nothing will change.......the last 12 years shows this.

    Brotherblue....I don't have a viable alternative no..why should I?
I can see however that if nothing changes the fortunes of the club will continue to deteriorate.
Are you happy with a situation where people who have invested nothing in the club, apart from buying of shares, will sell off every player the club produces in order to clear a debt which is down to incompetent management of their making?

Well said.. The sheep on here cant see that if this current board don't get investment etc the club will go into free fall. Its no good protesting when the club have been relegated. Protests changed LFC and changed the way the Glaziers were running the Manc's. If the team lose matches its because of a lack of investment in the squad not because fans are voicing their concerns about the way club is being run.
