    Cmon I reckon that every Evertonian with a mortgage and /or bank account with Barclays transfers it to another bank. I cant believe they dictate whether our club can compete or not. Outrageous. Compared to some clubs we are in a healthy state. Yes we have the legacy of the ground but we have a great squad and one of the best managers in europe. Oh and the best fans COYB...

    And thirdly, from what i hear, banks are putting pressure on all clubs to start trading at least on breaking even, we arnt a million miles off that :)

    Of course banks can dictate how we operate.  We OWE them money.  Just coz we're a football club doesn't mean we are immune to banks terms and conditions.  I would be p!ssed off if we were immune as a bank wouldn't cut me any slack if I owed them £25 quid, never mind millions...

    the only favourable point is that banks are loathe to forelose on any business/ mortgage as it's then up to them to sell on !!!
