    From Wikipedia…

Roy: “On 31 August 2010, after having appeared rarely in his third season, Drenthe was loaned to Hercules CF in a season long move. He made his debut on 11 September in a 2 – 0 away win against FC Barcelona. He scored his first goal for the clb on 14 November, netting from a free kick against Real Sociedad, in a 2 – 1 home victory. His performances with the Alicante team were subsequently praised by the Spanish press. However, the player would soon fall out of favour with the club’s board of directors and coaching staff after arriving one week after the winter break ended, citing a “loss of confidence “ in Hercules management, rathe than what was previously perceived as a protest over unpaid wages. On 3rd April 2011, in his second game afte suspension, Drenthe scored twice to help Hercules to its first away win since September, 3 – 1 against Real Sociedad.”

Denis: “The first Tigre player to become top scorer in the Argentine Primera Division. Straqualursi continued his good goal scoring form in the Clausura tournament with nine goals in the fist ten games including a hat-trick against Boca Juniors. He had scored the same amount of goals as the whole team combined.”

Their C.V's make pretty good reading. But then, so does mine.

But I think Moysey may have unearthed a couple of real gems here.

Daily Mail: "Moyes snaps up Argentine hot shot Stracqualursi after allowing Yakubu to join Blackburn"

    "
The 23-year-old plays for Tigre in his native country and has been building an impressive reputation. He scored 22 goals in 35 games for Tigre last season. It was the first time a player from that club had ever topped the Argentinian scoring charts."

The main thing I see from the above is that if we keep him and get into europe.. we want to play Real Sociedad.. The guy is their own personal nemesis.
