Four of Everton's pre-season fixtures will be shown on evertontv Live. Here, we try to answer any questions you may have about the service...

Which games are being shown?

Tranmere Rovers v Everton - 122 July, kick off 7.45pm [available to watch on demand]
Leicester City v Everton - 27 July, kick off 12noon
Everton v Celta Vigo - 6 August, kick off 7.45pm
SC Paderborn v Everton - 9 August, kick off 3pm

All kick-offs are BST.

What do I need to watch?


You will need a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone or Android device. We recommend using a broadband connection to view the games. If you can successfully view video on sites like YouTube and BBC iPlayer, then you should have no issues viewing evertontv Live.

How much is it?


A package covering all four games costs £14.99
Each game can be purchased individually for £3.99.

Can I watch on my iPad, iPhone or other device?

Yes. As well as on PC and Mac, it will be possible to watch live pre-season on an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad. Android devices are also supported, but it is recommended you are running version 4.0 or above.

Will there be delayed or on demand showings?

Subscribers can watch highlights of every game they have paid for. We will also be providing the full matches on demand for subscribers to view at their leisure.

I don’t live in the UK. Can I still watch the live coverage?

Yes. The live coverage is available all around the world.

What payment methods are accepted?

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.

Will there be commentary to go with the video?

Yes. Our resident commentator Darren Griffiths will be on hand along with an Everton legend to provide expert analysis and answer questions from viewers.

Can I share my log-in details with my mates?

No. Please do not share your login details with any other user. Only one active login per evertonfc.com account will be allowed. Sharing your details can result in you being unable to watch the live video.

What do I do to watch on the day of the game?

We recommend you log in to evertonfc.com 15-20 minutes before kick-off. (All kick-off times are local to where the match is being played).

The live video will be shown on http://www.evertonfc.com.

I am having issues accessing the stream, what should I do?

We are keen to ensure you enjoy the experience of viewing the match on evertontv and that you encounter no technical difficulties in accessing the stream of the match.
 
With that in mind, we advise that, if you have purchased a match or have purchased the full pre-season package, you visit this address: http://www.evertonfc.com/livematch before the match and log-in with the evertonfc.com account that you completed your purchase with.
 
You will see an image that reads "Match Purchased".
 
If you have purchased tonight's match and you cannot see this image, please email support.evertontv@evertonfc.com with the following information:
