Terms and Conditions

1 DEFINITIONS
1.1 ‘FOREVERTON' means, the Official Everton Football Club Supporter's Club.
1.2 ‘The Club' means Everton Football Club Company Limited.
1.3 ‘The Fee' means the amount payable on an annual basis by the member as detailed in this application form.
1.4 ‘Member' means a person whose application for membership of FOREVERTON has been accepted by the Club.

2. INCORPORATION OF TERMS
2.1 These terms and conditions shall form the entire agreement between the Club and the Member.
2.2 No variation to the terms and conditions shall be effective unless agreed in writing by the Club.
2.3 The Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as it sees fit from time to time.

3. THE FEE
3.1 The Member shall pay the Fee to the Club.
3.2 In the event of the Fee being dishonoured the Club shall be entitled to charge the Member an administration charge and any bank charges incurred by the Club.
3.3 In the event of the Member being under 16 years of age, the parent or guardian of the Member shall be responsible for paying the Fee.

4. ASSIGNMENT
4.1 Membership of FOREVERTON is personal to the Member who is not entitled to assign or transfer its membership of FOREVERTON without the prior written consent of the Club.
4.2 Any Member found to be supplying tickets from external sources will be expelled from the membership, and may be subject to the Club's normal disciplinary procedures.

5. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
5.1 The Member shall be entitled to the benefits as listed in this brochure.
5.2 In order to obtain the benefits the Member must present a valid membership card for inspection by the Club any of its officials carrying out associated duties or quote a valid customer number.

6. OWNERSHIP OF MEMBERSHIP CARDS
6.1 All membership cards remain the property of the Club.
6.2 The Member will return the membership card to the Club when asked to do so.
6.3 The sale of this card is strictly prohibited.

7. LOST OR STOLEN MEMBERSHIP CARDS
7.1 In the event of a membership card becoming lost the Member shall inform the Club immediately.
7.2 In the event of a membership card being stolen the Member shall inform the police immediately and obtain a crime number. Having obtained a crime number the Member shall then inform the Club that the membership card has been stolen; quoting the crime number in all correspondence.
7.3 A replacement card will be provided by the Club at a cost of £10 (inclusive of posting and packaging).

8. BEHAVIOUR OF MEMBERS
8.1 As a Member of FOREVERTON, the Member agrees to conduct him/herself in a manner befitting a representative of the Club.
8.2 The Member will not do anything or procure that anything be done which might bring the name or reputation of the Club into disrepute.
8.3 In the event that the Member does or procures any act to be done in breach of clause 8.1 or 8.2 above, the Club may suspend the membership of that Member for as long as the Club deems it necessary.
8.4 The Club reserves the right to cancel the membership of any Member in breach of clauses 8.I or 8.2 above, without refund.
8.5 Each Member must ensure that any tickets they receive should be used responsibly.
8.6 If we do have to write to any Member with any query relating to the occupant of the seats in question, it will result in the membership being cancelled, without refund.

9. LIABILITY
9.1 The Club's liability to the Member under these terms and conditions shall be limited to supplying the supporter's pack.

10. SUPPORTER'S PACK
10.1 After receiving your fee we will endeavour to dispatch your membership pack within 21 days.
10.2 In the event of the unavailability of any of the items listed in this brochure, the Club reserves the right to substitute these items for similar items of the same value as the Club may decide.
 
11. TERM
11.1 Membership of FOREVERTON commences on the date of receipt of the Fee by the Club.
11.2 Membership of FOREVERTON is valid until 31 May 2013 from the date of receipt of the Fee by the Club after which time it will (unless renewed) expire.

12. REFUNDS
12.1 The membership fee is non-refundable in any circumstances.
12.2 A Member may cancel his/her membership at any time by returning his membership card with written authorisation to Everton Fan Centre, Goodison Park, Liverpool, L4 4EL.

13. MEMBER'S INFORMATION
13.1 Any information provided by a Member to the Club shall be kept confidential by the Club.
13.2 Any such information may be used in relation to Club business and shall be used and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
13.3 Any such information may be used by the Club or trusted third parties for the purpose of sending the Member information on promotions or offers.

14. TICKET PRIORITY
14.1 Tickets will be issued at the rate of one per match per member during the priority membership sales period. Tickets will go on sale to members of the scheme three days prior to general sale commencing. Tickets can be purchased in the following ways:
14.1.1 By telephone credit card booking - Please ring 0871 663 1878 (Calls to this number will cost 10p per minute from a BT landline, other networks and mobiles may vary) quoting your FOREVERTON membership number and Credit Card number. A booking fee will be charged. Ticket limits may apply.
14.1.2 By post - Write to Box Office, Everton Football Club, Goodison Park, Liverpool L4 4EL.
You should clearly state your FOREVERTON membership number and enclose a cheque made payable to Goodison Park Stadium Limited and a stamped addressed envelope. Ticket limits may apply.
14.1.3 In person - Call at Box Office at Goodison Park, Liverpool L4 4EL. FOREVERTON membership cards must be produced for inspection. Ticket limits may apply.
14.1.4 Online, by visiting www.evertonfc.com
14.2 Details of when tickets can be purchased are subject to change.
14.3 No guarantee of priority will be given for Cup Ties and replays including any fixtures at neutral venues.
14.4 During the course of the season there may be certain fixtures where the above booking procedures are amended. In these circumstances prior notice of any amendments will be given in the matchday programme and/or via evertonfc.com.
14.5 The Club reserves the right to change the terms at any time and that in the event of over subscription for tickets, different priority rules may apply.
14.6 Christmas party and open training days are subject to availability.
