We did well to win the West Ham game, although it was never going to be a classic bacause of the conditions.
But considering that, and the team we had out - because of injuries - it was a good performance. We showed plenty of endeavour and commitment which I am sure pleased the manager.
It's fair to say West Ham had...

I, like most Evertonians, was bitterly disappointed after the Aston Villa match because it was a game we should have won.
It was a frustrating game and it would have been nice for us to get back to winning ways at home.
It was a game we could have won but overall I didn't think we performed.
AJ hasn't scored for a few...

Thanks for the feedback we received regarding evertonTV.
Your comments have been taken on board and will help us as we plan for the future.
Particular thanks to Eamonn Byrne, who highlighted an issue with the sound levels on clips which will be looked into.
We certainly don't want to be catching people out with volume levels - and so a standard approach...

Judging by the posts following my last blog, the issue of James Beattie is one that is getting a lot of people talking.
The debate seems to centre on playing 4-4-2 with James in the side or continuing with the 4-5-1 formation which keeps AJ as the focal point of the attack with Tim Cahill providing support from midfield.
It is an...

I am sure we would have taken a point before the Newcastle game, but David Moyes was rightly disappointed.
It was a case of what should have been because their goal was yards offside.
Some people believe that luck evens itself out over the season, and you can see the example of our penalty against Watford.
But there's no denying that it was...

First of all I'd like to say thanks to all of you who left me a message after my last blog.
It certainly was a great win over Liverpool. It is fantastic to win any derby game, but to get a result like 3-0 was fantastic.
Overall, I think we deserved it as well. It was a good performance from all the...

The week preceding the derby is a busy one for everyone at the club, and it is no different for us here in the Communications Department.
In terms of media accreditation and interview requests, there is no busier time, and we work our hardest to make sure we help out as many people as possible.
Our main focus at the moment is...
