Everton FC Mascot Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

We are offering one lucky child aged between 5 and 12 years of age the chance to be the official mascot and walk out with Everton Captain Phil Neville on 10 February 2010 when the Blues’ take on Chelsea.

This incredible prize will include a home kit, four complimentary tickets to the match, a behind the scenes tour with an exclusive meet and greet with the manager David Moyes and the first team and of course the priviledge of walking out onto the pitch before the game to represent Everton.

To enter all you have to do is donate a minimum of £10 on the web page: evertonfc.com/efcmascot. If you would like to enter our Everton FC Mascot Prize Draw without donating to evertonfc.com/efcmascot, email rebecca.stockdale@evertonfc.com providing your contact details and the details of the child to become a mascot (the child must fit the eligibility credentials for an official Everton mascot). The estimated cost of this prize is £1,100 plus VAT.

The prize will be revealed by Monday, February 8 when the draw winner will be contacted directly. A story will appear on evertonfc.com on Tuesday, February 9 confirming the identity of the winner.

Terms and Conditions

• No purchase from evertonfc.com or from the Everton Football Club Company Limited ("Everton") is necessary. Nor is a donation to justgiving.com/efcmascot.

• The Everton FC Mascot Prize Draw is open to the world, except for employees (and their immediate families) of Everton and employees (and their immediate families) of Everton's partners.

• To enter you do not need to be over 18. However, any persons under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian consent to you entering into the prize draw, to receiving information from Everton in accordance with these terms and conditions and to you receiving a prize. By accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming that you are over 18 or that you have parent or guardian consent. Some prizes may only be suitable for over 18's or may require an over 18 to attend. In the event that you are under 18 and Everton considers that the particular prize may not be suitable for someone under 18 we may substitute it for a prize that is suitable for someone who is under 18.

• The final entries for the Everton FC Mascot Prize Draw will be accepted at 23:59 on Thursday, February 4. No entries received after this date will be accepted.

• Prize winners will be chosen at random on Monday, February 8 (unless otherwise specified) and the winner's name also [posted on evertonfc.com]. By entering into the Everton FC Mascot Prize Draw you consent to your name appearing on evertonfc.com. The winner of certain prizes may be required to participate in a reasonable amount of publicity.

• Prizes (where applicable) will be dispatched within 30 days of each draw, provided we have been given your full and accurate contact details, including a valid postcode.

• All prizes are subject to availability. Should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted. There is no cash prize or other alternative prize available.

• By entering the Everton FC Mascot Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Everton reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

• Everton reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules.

• Everton cannot accept any liability for entries which are delayed, invalid or not received for any reason.

• Everton cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Everton FC Mascot Prize Draw or as a result of accepting any prize. Everton is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in relation to the Everton FC Mascot Prize Draw. Nothing shall exclude or limited Everton's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

• By submitting an entry you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You are also re-confirming your agreement to receive information about Everton and our commercial partners in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy which can be found here. Everton may contact you about our products and services and the products and services of Everton's commercial partners by post, email, phone, SMS/MMS, digital TV or fax. We may also use your information to carry out market research so that we can improve the products and services offered by evertonfc.com and our commercial partners. If you have previously indicated that you do not wish to receive information about our products and services and the products and services of Everton's commercial partners, we will continue to respect your wish about not being contacted with such information.

• Everton reserves the right to close or cancel the competition at anytime should such a situation arise that compromises the business ethics of Everton.

• The decision of Everton in relation to all prize giveaways will be final and will be at the absolute discretion of Everton.

• All bids must be made via the page on justgiving.com and will be subject to the terms and conditions of justgiving.com
