TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership inclusive matches
Executive membership prices include all Everton Football Club Barclays Premier League home games, home FA Cup and Football League Cup competitions (up to and including
quarter finals). Memberships exclude UEFA competitions (including Intertoto), Testimonial games, Friendly games or games not featuring Everton.
In all suites, the sale of alcohol will end 15 minutes prior to the kick-off. Drinks service will resume for 15 minutes during half-time and bars will re-open for the sale of alcohol for a maximum of 60 minutes after the final whistle. Times may vary and are subject to Merseyside Police and Licencing Authority. Entry to each lounge must be through the correct entrance using our access control system, scanning your card or paper ticket. Once entry to the Executive Lounge has been made, Members or Guests are not permitted to gain re-admittance under any circumstances should they leave the Stadium. Full food service will not be guaranteed to members who arrive less than 45 minutes prior to kick off. Movement between the lounges is not permitted.
Members and guests must show their ticket or pass to gain entry to the Executive Lounge. They must also produce their ticket or pass when requested to do so by a member of Club staff. Failure to comply with this may result in ejection from the Executive Lounge.
No Smoking Policy
In line with national policy, the whole of Goodison Park is a no smoking area.
The dress code for each lounge is outlined in the Executive Lounge Membership Brochure. These dress codes must be adhered to at all times.
You will be liable for all acts or omissions of your party and guests. Everton Football Club reserve the right to close lounges and/or move members to alternative lounges if required. We will inform you of such changes as far in advance as possible of the match to which they relate. Full Seasoncard conditions of use and issue and Ground Regulations are available on request.
Direct Debit applicants must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid bank or building society account which supports Direct Debit.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
• This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
• If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Premium Credit Ltd will notify you five working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Premium Credit Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request
• If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Premium Credit Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society - If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Premium Credit Ltd asks you to
• You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Premium Credit.
If you select to pay by using the Instalment Plan, the information you provide on the Executive Lounge Membership application form, including your bank details, will be passed to Premium Credit Ltd. They will send you a welcome pack detailing their full terms and conditions and commence collection of your instalments. A credit agreement will be included for you to sign and return.
Lounge Members who have elected to purchase their Season Ticket by the Direct Debit scheme should note that failure to complete all of their instalment payments will result in cancellation of the Lounge membership. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded, less a £20 cancellation fee.
We will continue to pass your details to Premium Credit unless you instruct us otherwise. Finance is provided by Premium Credit Ltd, 60 East Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT17 1HB.
