You can pay for your Season Ticket in full online at evertonfc.com by logging into your account from Tuesday 15 January when the renewal window opens. Alternatively, you can renew your Season Ticket over the phone by calling the Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 or by visiting the Box Office at Goodison Park in person. You can also renew your Season Ticket at our City Centre outlet based in Everton Two, Liverpool One.

DIRECT DEBIT



If you have chosen to opt-out of the auto-renew facility you can once again apply to Finance your Season Ticket and repay the credit in up to 12 monthly Direct Debits which is a great way to spread the cost of your Season Ticket*. 

All Evertonians over the age of 18 who hold a valid bank or building society account that accepts Direct Debit and are a resident in the UK can apply. Please be aware, if you decide to select the Finance option, a £30 transaction fee applies per Season Ticket purchase and will be added to the cost of your ticket. 

Supporters using the Finance option will also benefit from an auto-renewal service next season which means fans will be able to guarantee their seat for seasons to come by maintaining their Direct Debit payments. 

If you Finance your 2019/20 Season Ticket and repay by Direct Debit, your Season Ticket will automatically renew on a 12-month Direct Debit repayment option for future seasons. All supporters will be communicated to by email and/or letter to notify them of their automatic renewal for the 2020/21 Season and will be given the option to opt out.  Further details on how you can purchase your Season Ticket will be communicated to you later in the year.
 
The total amount of credit will not be more than the credit limit of £1,500. We use Premium Credit Ltd of Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8UX exclusively to provide credit. If you choose to Finance the cost of your Season Ticket, your personal information and the bank details you provide to us on the Direct Debit Instruction will be passed to Premium Credit to apply for credit. In assessing your application, they will search the public information that a credit reference agency holds about you. The credit reference agency will add details of the search and your application to their record about you whether or not your application proceeds. This and other information about you may be used to make credit decisions about you and undertake checks for the prevention and detection of money laundering. If your application is accepted, they’ll send you a welcome pack detailing their full terms and conditions and commence collection of your repayments. We will send a credit agreement to every supporter by post or, in the first instance, will we send a welcome email with a link to sign the credit agreement online. Failure to sign and return the credit agreement will result in a £10 charge being applied to the credit agreement. For Junior ticket purchases the credit agreement must be in the name of a Parent/Guardian aged 18 or over. First Direct Debit payment will be taken in the month following completion of your Season Ticket purchase. Confirmation of the payment dates will be sent out once the application has been processed. All agreements are live from the point of purchase and payments will commence on schedule from the date the transaction is processed. Missed payments will incur a £27.50 default charge. If you are Financing more than one Season Ticket, we advise that you purchase in one transaction to avoid incurring multiple administration fees. If you have already Financed a Season Ticket and wish to Finance another Season Ticket under your existing credit agreement, please contact the Everton Box Office on 0151 556 1878.

However, If an application is received and processed in the last 6 working days of the month then the first payment will be collected within 10 working days of the following month and will resume on the 1st of each month thereafter.

THREE AND TWO-STAGE PAYMENT
 
The Club will again offer an additional method of payment to increase the options that a supporter has to secure their 19/20 Season Ticket.
 
From Tuesday 15 January, fans who choose to pay by debit or credit card can select to have their payments taken over a maximum of three months, on their chosen ‘preferred, saved card’, as well as paying in full. Fans who choose to renew their Season Ticket via this method will have 40% of their Season Ticket value taken upon renewal and then a further 30% in February, followed by a final payment of 30% in March prior to the renewal deadline date.
 
For those fans wishing to renew later in the renewal sales window, a two-staged payment will also be available from Friday 1 February with 50% being taken upon renewal and a further 50% taken in March, to confirm the renewal. Following a fan’s first initial payment, additional balance payments are automatic and will be debited on the dates shown. Supporters who have chosen this method of payment will be able to call the Fan Centre and choose to pay off an instalment earlier, at any time.

Any unpaid balances will result in the Season Tickets being cancelled. Minimum purchase amount of £149. ^The Three-Stage payment will only be available between 15 January - 31 January. **The Two-Stage payment will only be available between 1 February - 26 February.
