The window for applications for new members of the Fans’ Forum has now closed.
The applications will now be read by a panel of Forum members, with each answer assessed based on depth, detail and specific examples. The adjudicating panel will only have answers from each applicant, who will be identified by a number, meaning no personal information or details can identify an applicant in anyway and ensures that candidates shortlisted for interview are put forward on the strength of their responses.
Once the shortlisted candidates are identified, they will be matched to the individuals personal details and applicants will be informed if they have been successful or not.
Successful candidates will be invited for an informal interview with a panel of Forum members week commencing Monday 11 December.
Nick Mernock, Chair of the Everton Fans’ Forum said: “The response we have had to the application process has been extremely positive.
“I’m grateful to everyone that has taken the time to submit an application and I know the panel involved creating a shortlist are looking forward to reading the responses.
“I’d like to place on record my thanks for those departing members for their time, efforts and abilities during their tenure on the Forum and to wish all the applicants luck as we look forward to welcoming new members with fresh ideas and thinking after this recruitment process is complete.”
