Volunteering is a vital component of all that Everton in the Community is and does.

With more than 40 live programmes, the support of volunteers who selflessly donate their time to our charity is invaluable. As well as meeting new people, learning and exchanging new skills and giving back to your local community, many of our Everton in the Community volunteers have benefitted from further opportunities in education and/or training, with a number obtaining full-time roles within Everton’s official charity.

Whether you can donate an hour a month, some time before a match or perhaps more, it all goes a long way in making a huge difference to our local community and each year we show our appreciation to our volunteers at our Annual Volunteer Awards which are hosted at Goodison Park.

The first step to becoming a volunteer is to attend a recruitment awareness session. This will allow us to inform you of all of the current opportunities available within the charity and for you to raise any questions you may have.

The recruitment awareness sessions will take place four times a year in January, May, August and November.

Recruitment awareness sessions take place four times throughout the year - if you are interested in reserving a place on the next session, please email volunteering@evertonfc.com with your name, address and why you wish to become a volunteer with EitC and the qualities you possess which will make you become a good volunteer.
