Everton in The Community has a dedicated Women and Girls Development Officer who aims to devlop females' participation in sport in the local area.

This takes place on a variety of levels.

Throughout the year EiTC organise girls only soccer camps, and also run a number of competitive teams for various age groups, leading up to the Everton Ladies team, who compete in the FA Women's Premier League.

EiTC have also set up opportunities for mature ladies to increase their fitness and be involved in a team with the launch of a mature ladies football team.
