1. Membership can only be activated at David Lloyd Knowsley, by calling the club to arrange a suitable appointment. However the membership will allow access to other clubs in the area.
2. Over 18’s only.
3. Prize is for one full adult 6-month membership.
4. Prize not available to David Lloyd leisure employees or Everton FC employees.
5. Membership must be redeemed by 31 October 2012.
6. Full access to Maximise Your Membership program, consisting of personal trainer tasters, personalised exercise plans
7. Facilities, fees and classes vary per club.
