1. Review of action points from last Forum
2. Ticketing
Forum raised the issue of a poor allocation for the Manchester City game. The Club pointed out that the Manchester City ticket allocation had been fairly distributed as per the agreed methods' within the affiliation documents.
The issue of loyalty was also raised, with the supporters and Supporters' Clubs who go to Goodison receiving greater priority than those that don't.
The Club pointed out that sometimes tickets for away games don't go down to general sale and when they do Supporters' Clubs and supporters who attend matches at Goodison more frequently have priority and the Club will continue to work towards that rule.
Action - Fan Centre to provide a full list of Season Ticket holders within Supporters' Clubs which will be completed once the affiliation process is complete.
3. Affiliation
Action - Christine to send update on affiliation in January. Ken Sweeney offered to ‘chase up' some of the Supporters Clubs who have not yet affiliated. Christine pointed out that the non-distribution of tickets for an away game for non-affiliated Clubs would probably do the trick!
4. Benefits
Christine explained that requests for merchandise is an on-going process that cannot be completed quickly due to the amount of requests and the process of the merchandise being signed.
The Forum was reminded that Supporters' Clubs are entitled to a piece of signed merchandise after every 300 home tickets sold, on top of piece of merchandise for affiliating.
Action - Supporters' Clubs need to apply for merchandise to Club, rather than Club remind them.
5. Aims of Supporters' Clubs
The Forum praised the discounted scheme for helping to fill Goodison.
6. Community Activity with Supporters' ClubsAn update on the charity bike ride in April in aid of Everton in the Community and the Everton Former Players' Foundation was provided and DG promised that the Club would lend its weight to all publicity and PR surrounding the event.

An idea was put to Forum members with regards to the delivery to Supporters' Clubs of match programmes. The Forum agreed it might work with Clubs who bring coaches to Goodison.
Action - Forum to canvass members on the idea and Club to mention idea in newsletter and various Club publications.
9. AOB
