Andy Holden - Coach

A tough tackling defender during his playing days, former Wales international Andy enjoyed spells at Chester City, Wigan and Oldham Athletic.

A long servant of Everton, he was originally tasked with managing the reserve team but now divides his time between both the second string and the first team.
