Peter Clarke

Clarke represented England at every level through to Under 21s. A natural-born leader, he made his Everton debut at Coventry City in January 2001 but after loan spells at Port Vale, Coventry and Blackpool he was released in May 2004. He joined Blackpool on a permanent basis and was appointed captain for the Seasiders. Clarke left Bloomfield Road to join Southend United in the summer of 2006.
